TICKETS:

• All tickets are non-refundable. 
• Rainchecks may be issued on any non used tickets by request only.  No exceptions. 
• Rainchecks may be used up to one year following issuance of rainchecks. 

TOURS:

• All children must be accompanied by an adult
• We have the right to refuse service to anyone
• No shows will be charged the full amount without refund
• Tours may be cancelled due to severe weather
• Tour cancelation is at the sole discretion of Timeline Ghost Tours
• Group rates are available in advance only
